What do I do if there is a FRAUDULENT charge on my VISA?


Call the USBank Fraud Department at 1-866-540-9904.  They will, in almost every case, cancel your card, refund the amount of the charge, and issue you a new card.

Call Arlene Szestopalow and advise that a new card will be arriving for you and that there was a fraudulent charge on your card.

3: Who should I call if I have a problem with the eReq purchasing program?

4: What should I do if I lose my Visa Purchasing Card?

Please call Visa at 1-800-588-8065 and report the card lost.  They will re-issue you a card within 7 business days.

Then call Arlene Szestopalow at 807-468-5571 ext 253 and advise that the card has been lost, and that you have contacted Visa.
